How long does the web design process take?
Most projects take around 2–3 weeks from booking to launch, depending on your availability for the photoshoot and providing any content. We’ll map out a clear timeline at the start so you always know what’s coming next.
Do I need to provide all the content and text?
You don’t have to — we’ll prototype all your content based on your answers to the strategy questionnaire. Once we’ve drafted it, you’ll have the opportunity to review and modify everything during the revisions process, ensuring it feels natural and aligned with your brand.
What if I’m not comfortable in front of the camera?
Don’t worry — our shoots are relaxed and fun. We’ll give you plenty of direction and capture both polished portraits and candid shots so you feel comfortable and authentic.
Can I spread the cost of the package?
Yes — you can secure your project with a £250 deposit to lock in your date. We also provide the option to split the remaining balance over 3 months (subject to a simple credit check), making the £1750 package more manageable.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes — we build your site on an easy-to-use platform. After launch, you’ll get a live training call plus video tutorials showing you how to edit text, swap images, and add blog posts.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
That’s no problem — extra pages, e-commerce, or additional features can be added as part of a custom package. Just let us know what you need.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes — while your package includes a week of post-launch tweaks, you can also add an optional monthly support plan for updates, maintenance, and extra peace of mind.
What if I already have a website?
We can either refresh your existing site with new design and photography, or rebuild it from the ground up depending on what works best for your goals.
Do you only work with clients in Leeds?
We’re based in Leeds, but we also work with clients across Yorkshire and beyond. Photography can be in-studio or on-location, and website projects can be managed fully online.
